Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific has awarded Dragados JV a $2.8 billion task order – under an $8 billion indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), multiple-award construction contract awarded in November 2021 to Dragados JV to replace a dry dock at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility at Joint Base Pearl Harbor.Quality AdministratorReporting to the Quality Control Manager, the Quality Administrator will act as a representative of Quality throughout the project and be responsible for contributing to the ongoing development and delivery of the project’s Quality Control Plan through participation in a variety of Quality initiatives.ResponsibilitiesProviding on-going Quality onboarding support aimed at the implementation of the Quality Control Plan, procedures, and processes by project personnelPreparation of regular monthly quality reports and daily quality report summaries for the Quality Control ManagerAssist the Quality Control Manager in the maintenance of the Quality Control PlanEnsure that all Quality records associated with the implementation of the Quality Control Plan are kept organized and in the appropriate location within Aconex or SharepointTrack status of all inspections and tests to inform the Quality Control Manager and ensure that all non-conforming product, activity or procedure is recorded in the Non-Conformity Report (NCR) and in the NCRs registerManage Employee Certifications/Qualifications log (i.e., Welders)Manage Training log for quality (FieldWire, NCR, Onboarding)Verify in the field that all the testing equipment used by the Laboratory is properly maintained and calibratedKeep minutes of meetings such as Plan of the Day, Weekly QC Meeting (3 Week look ahead), and 3 Phase MeetingsSkills, Knowledge & AbilitiesPost-secondary education2-5 years of Quality Control and Assurance experienceWorking knowledge of Quality Management SystemAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary, multilingual, and multicultural teamEffective relationship building skills which allow you to obtain and analyze information from multiple diverse sourcesAble to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
