Our client is seeking a Capital Markets Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join their esteemed Corporate Finance and Capital Markets practice. This team is renowned for structuring and executing complex financial transactions across major industries globally. The ideal candidate will have experience representing issuers, underwriters, and placement agents in public offerings, private placements, and other securities offerings, including compliance with the 1933 and 1934 Acts. Experience in permanent capital, M&A, and the life sciences industry is advantageous. Large law firm experience is required.
