Mid-Level Litigation AttorneyWe are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Litigation Attorney to join our team and contribute to achieving successful outcomes for clients. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in handling various aspects of litigation, from pre-trial preparation to courtroom proceedings. You should be adept at managing a moderate caseload, conducting legal research, drafting motions, and engaging in negotiations. Additionally, you will work closely with senior attorneys and have the opportunity to mentor junior associates, playing a key role in the continued growth and success of our firm. Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motionsPerform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motionsPrepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearingsGet appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responsesKeep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and lawsTrial and Hearing Preparation: Engage directly in trials, mediations, and arbitration hearings, meticulously preparing to represent clients with determination and vigor.Document Drafting: Craft essential legal documents, including pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery documents, ensuring precision and compliance with legal standards.Courtroom Representation: Confidently represent clients in court, presenting arguments and motions with persuasive clarity.Legal Knowledge Maintenance: Stay informed about the evolving legal landscape, including local, state, and federal regulations, to ensure strategies are based on solid legal foundations.Legal Research and Writing: Conduct in-depth legal research and develop compelling briefs, pleadings, and motions that effectively support clients' positions.Case Management: Oversee a dynamic caseload from initiation to resolution, steering cases toward favorable outcomes with strategic oversight.Comprehensive Legal Services: Deliver full-spectrum legal services, from initial case evaluation to final settlement, including managing discovery processes and drafting pivotal legal documents.Strategic Legal Approaches: Develop and implement strategic legal approaches, providing clients with nuanced advice on their legal standing and maintaining strong communication between the firm and clients.Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' interests in various legal settings, including mediations, depositions, and court appearances, with an unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible results.Evidence Gathering: Conduct thorough evidence gathering, collaborating with investigators and experts to strengthen case strategies and advance clients' interests.Stakeholder Interaction: Proactively interact with a network of clients, financial experts, attorneys, and other key stakeholders to ensure efficient case progress.Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with a focus on liability and damage aspects, securing favorable outcomes for clients.Case Documentation: Maintain detailed records of case-related activities within the firm's Case Management System (CMS), ensuring accurate billing and comprehensive case tracking.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorneyApplicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experienceExceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skillsMust be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervisionEducation and Experience

Must be in good standing with the California Bar AssociationProven success as a senior associate in a business litigation law firm is requiredCompensation:

$165,000 base salary + bonus
