The Sales Manager/Business Development will collaborate with internal teams and work closely with marketing and product development to align sales strategies with Shamrock's overall objectives.
Additional Responsibilities:
Sales reporting and analysis: Track and report sales performance metrics, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.Performance Management: Monitor the performance of individual sales team members, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve sales performance. Recognize and reward high achievers while addressing performance issues constructively.Sales Strategy Implementation: Work with the sales manager or upper management to implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Ensure that the team aligns with these strategies to achieve sales goals.Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales manager and other departments to create accurate sales forecasts, considering market trends and customer demand.Team Building and Motivation: Foster a positive and cohesive team environment. Motivate team members through recognition, incentives, and regular communication.Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and upper management. Ensure open lines of communication and relay important information effectively.Compensation and Benefits:
