As a member of our team, you will help solve complex challenges involving electric vehicles, robotics, and smart battery technology by combining creative tech design with fast iteration. The team is small, intense, highly capable, and eager to have like-minded individuals join us. If the technology doesn’t exist, we’re not afraid to envision a path to success and then build it, while always keeping in mind it must be designed for reliability, affordability, and easy deployment.

As an Electrical Systems Simulation Engineer, you will:

Work on cutting-edge automotive electronic products for mass production.

Support product design, debugging, and validation testing for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) as it relates to electrical components and systems.

Responsibilities:

Analyze 2D/3D electromagnetic phenomena using ANSYS/Comsol tools and in-house developed tools.

Collaborate with electrical design teams in all phases of product design, from concept and architecture definition to development, validation testing, and introduction into production.

Provide direction in the areas of schematic and circuit board layout design, product packaging and assembly, and cable design for RF shielding.

Perform product risk assessment reviews for EMC and identify applicable EMC tests to satisfy EMC homologation and regulatory compliance.
