Our goal is to empower physicians with the tools they need to improve both efficiency and efficacy, and to improve patient outcomes by increasing the trust and understanding they have with their physician.The head of Business Development will be in the role of building a new and strategic function at DeepScribe. We’re looking for a director or VP to set the strategic vision for the function, begin building the function, and strategically build a team to execute on the foundation they’ve created. The impact of this role will be highly visible and focused on generating and driving future revenue growth.Responsibilities
Develop and implement net-new business growth strategiesIdentify and build channel partnerships, particularly revenue-focused partnershipsDevelop the long-term strategic vision for the growth functionMonitor and analyze performance metricsProvide insights and recommendations to the executive teamCollaborate with other departments to align strategies and goalsYou’ll lean in and build the function yourself, from scratch, then expand to develop a teamRequirements
Proven experience in a growth-related role within the healthcare industryStrong background in building successful channel partnershipsExcellent leadership and strategic planning skillsAbility to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisionsStrong communication and collaboration skillsSuccessful experience as both a strategic leader and an individual contributorSalary, Perks, And Benefits
