Interested?Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Support the analytical needs of client engagements.Work directly with their manager and the EIS team to produce analysis addressing client-specific requirements.Track and respond to Crisis24 alerts and world events for client impact.Assist or collaborate with relevant parties on the production of analytical assessments.Proactively leverage existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capability, and data.Assist in the production of specific briefings or presentations.Assist in managing emergency incidents by using judgment and skills in accordance with commonly accepted incident management best practices and client policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned within the scope of the program.Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.Work Experience

0 to 3 years of experience in intelligence gathering, analysis, alerting, threat assessment, incident response or a related field required.Skills

Ability to take initiative and multi-task under pressure.Effective problem-solving and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills required; accurate typing skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps.Strong customer-service skills, especially in person and over the phone; ability to communicate across varying professional levels.Foreign Travel And Experience Preferred.

Adhere to applicable information security procedures and policies as updated from time to time on the ISMS. Report any information security incidents or potential information security threats to the Information Security Officer. Take a proactive approach to information security.Note
