Strategic partners power our existing products, facilitate our financial offerings, and will be the mechanism upon which we continue to build industry-leading consumer products at a record pace.As the first Business Development lead, you will work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer to manage existing relationships, expand our product capabilities, and identify game-changing opportunities as they emerge in the industry.You’ll report to the Senior Director of Strategic Operations and work closely with the leadership team to:Manage and develop a portfolio of visible partnerships across the businessIdentify partner opportunities, assess options, and recommend forward pathsNegotiate pricing and contractsBuild partnership acquisition best practices and contract management processesUse insights to make data-driven partnership decisionsCollaborate with the Card, Product, Growth, and Revenue teams to create process-driven outcomesABOUT YOU5+ years of experience managing Business Development & Strategic PartnershipsProven track record of acquiring and retaining partnerships across B2C businessesExperience with contracts and negotiationExperience in a high-growth company preferredExperience working with credit card partnerships preferredData-driven mindsetExperience collaborating with senior leadership & C-Suite executivesWe'd love for you to show us your stuff!
