Pulley works with over 3,000 customers after only 3 years since inception.Who We're Looking ForWe’re looking for experienced full-stack engineers to join and be founding members of our new product initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust functionality.A key element of your role will be nurturing an inclusive team culture that values open communication, collaboration, continuous learning, and development.Our stack:Frontend: ReactBackend: GoResponsibilitiesTransform initial designs and technical blueprints into remarkable, end-to-end new product features that set industry standards.Elevate our software ecosystem by consistently crafting top-tier, production-ready, and maintainable code.Help with key architectural and technology adoption decisions to drive the product’s scalability.Lead by example, promote a culture of egoless learning, and take on a mentorship role.Qualifications & Fit5+ years of experience, preferably at high growth startups.An understanding or desire to work in Golang and React.Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across a variety of disciplines.BenefitsWe are a remote-first team with an office in San Francisco.
