4+ years of experience in Tech in Marketing/Ops roles (preference for high growth tech companies)Experience working with CEOs / early stage startups.Deep passion for creator economy, design, or other creative fields. Experience as an artist or designer is also a plus, but not required.You have a scientific mindset to make data-driven decisions.Should understand brand marketing with strong hands-on digital marketing fundamentals. Knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, AB testing, marketing analytics tools, email marketing is mandatory.You have strong cross-functional skills, including working with analytics, product, content, marketing agencies, and other marketing teams.BSc degree in Marketing or relevant fieldHistory of excellent performance: We care deeply about a history of excellence in 1 or 2 things you’ve done before.
