Global Head of Sales - GlobalLink, Senior Managing Director (Onsite)Who We Are Looking ForThe Global Head of Sales for GlobalLink organization is expected to drive new client acquisition across multiple electronic trading and investment platforms and provide direction for all client facing relationship management functions. This highly visible leadership role will encompass multiple regional senior and junior sales personnel across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.GlobalLink

Everything we do aims at making sure our clients value every aspect of GlobalLink, from our product and technologies to our ease of doing business and our support.SkillsThe successful candidate for this role will report directly to the Head of GlobalLink, become a member of the GlobalLink Management team and possess advanced leadership and sales skills such as:Comprehensive knowledge of the short-term investment and foreign exchange markets.Comprehensive knowledge of electronic execution platforms and/or financial technology.Creative, outcome-driven influencer with the ability to lead a global team of sales, driving client acquisition across segments in line with business strategy and financial objectives.Ability to continuously educate assigned team on product differentiators, product development efforts and relevant industry trends, leading to engaging and informative interactions with prospects.Active presence at industry conferences and State Street led symposiums with a focus on promoting thought leadership to prospective and existing clients.Experience developing and executing on a strategic marketing plan.Imperative that candidate can articulate and differentiate State Street’s value proposition amidst a fiercely competitive industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.What You Will Be Responsible ForAs the Global Head of Sales within GlobalLink, your responsibilities will include:Optimizing sales resources across a global geographic footprint and across a variety of electronic trading solutions.Driving global sales team revenue production in order to meet budgeted growth targets across existing and mature businesses and new growth initiatives.Working across GlobalLink, Global Markets and State Street to ensure sales team is maximizing opportunities to provide our solutions to prospective clients.Creating and monitoring annual performance priorities and quantifiable metrics to continually assess performance and manage the incentive plans of the global sales team.Cultivating and strengthening our talent by ensuring appropriate training to assist them meet their core job expectations. Strengthen our talent through increased diversity, mobility and promotion of employee engagement.Active contributions to the decision making process within the GlobalLink management team and to be accountable for sales strategy in each product and region tailored to specific client needs.Devising sales strategies to strengthen our positions in market we serve, and enter new client segments as appropriate.What We ValueThese skills will help you succeed in this role:Minimum of 15 years’ experience in sales/sales management capacities.Proven sales management success.Proven ability to build client relationships with key decision makers for our solutions including Heads of Businesses, Chief Operating Officers, Treasurers and Traders at Banks, Asset Managers and multi-national corporations.Ability to communicate feedback from clients and prospects back into the overall organization to improve delivery of solutions and improve the overall client experience.Education & Preferred QualificationsUndergraduate degree.Experience in cash, foreign exchange and/or financial technology.Exemplary communication skills.Ability to build trust and relationships with clients, peers, staff and support partners.FINRA Series 7, 63, 24 preferred.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software package.Additional RequirementsUp to 50% travel required for both internal management and client purposes.Are you the right candidate?
