Licensed to practice law in California.A minimum of 3 years of experience as an associate attorney.Strong academic background with excellent credentials.Exceptional writing and analytical skills.Proven ability to defend depositions.Proficiency in legal research and the ability to handle large volumes of work.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of California labor and employment laws.A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $185,000 - $225,000 per year.Paid Time Off (PTO), paid holidays including Juneteenth.Group Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; Teladoc coverage for remote medical care.Group Term Life Insurance.401(k) Savings Plan with % Match and a Profit-Sharing Plan.Short-Term Disability.Company Information
