If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.VP Einstein Copilot for CustomersAs a Product VP in our Salesforce AI Organization, you’ll drive the vision for how we bring AI agent (Einstein Copilot) to market for customer, partner, and consumer-facing use cases.This role demands a visionary and strategic thinker who will drive innovation, inspire cross-functional teams, get into the technical details, and take ownership of the product roadmap.About You:Comfort with defining products and driving execution amidst ambiguity and can balance adapting quickly to the changing AI landscape without causing unnecessary churn chasing every latest development.Passionate about creating seamless, trusted experiences that push the future of UX.Can define and communicate the strategy to execs, engineers, and customers, evangelizing the vision and adapting to feedback.Respected people leader, with thoughtful approach to building PM teams and coaching them on working in a fast-paced market.Stay attuned to market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights to drive differentiated product development.Own the product roadmap, making data-driven decisions to prioritize features and improvements.Collaboration: You’re comfortable in a matrixed environment, building trust and collaborating across teams to achieve your vision at scale.Responsibilities:Build the vision for Copilot for Customers and evangelize it with customers, partners, and employees.Develop and lead a team of creative and collaborative people and link performance to overall business objectives.Responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle. This includes: market needs, product vision and strategy, roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, functional specification all the way through to customer enablement and success.Work very closely with development, user experience, documentation, and other product teams to execute the product strategy.Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.Translate customer requirements and use cases into functional designs. Lead a team of product managers, designers, developers, quality engineers, and technical writers to build new features in an agile development methodology.Perform the role of champion to promote and evangelize the product and new features with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners, and customers.Create compelling demos for internal and external use.Actively participate in industry events, customer briefings, and advisory boards and social media communications.Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy & plan in collaboration with: marketing, sales, sales enablement, alliances, sales support, and product teams.Qualifications:High energy and passion for the job.Leadership DNA, proven ability to excite and lead a product team.Equivalent of 10+ years of product management or similar experience.Demonstrated experience incubating 0-1 initiatives as well as scaling them from 1-10+.Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap.Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions.Professionalism, dedication, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.Desired Skills and Experience:Experience with SaaS enterprise product management.Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders.Deep familiarity with the sales technology landscape and sales user needs, a bonus.Compensation:For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $257,400 to $449,200. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
