https://www.masamts.com .What You Will DoReporting to our VP of Sales for the West and Midwest Regions, you will partner with the region’s top benefits brokers to secure group agreements as a company-paid, or payroll-deducted benefit to eligible employees.Your main responsibilities will include:Owning the business in a large, multi-state geographic market.Responsible for developing and managing key broker and consultant partnerships.Meeting and exceeding ambitious annual targets with a dual focus on growing total premiums and membership unit volume.Creating effective group-specific sales and marketing plans.Traveling at regular intervals across the assigned region, as needed, to achieve sales goals.What We Need From You10+ years of Employee Benefits sales experience, preferably in voluntary/worksite, group life, or group disability insurance.Currently based in Southern California with an active network of established brokers throughout the Southwestern U.S.Experience educating brokers about the need for unique products.
