https://www.masamts.comWhat You Will DoReporting to our VP of Sales for the South Central and Eastern Regions, you will partner with your territory’s top benefits brokers to secure group agreements as a company-paid, or payroll-deducted benefit to eligible employees.Your main responsibilities will include:Owning the business in the defined territory.Responsible for developing and managing key broker and consultant partnerships.Meeting and exceeding ambitious annual targets with a dual focus on growing total premiums and membership unit volume.Creating effective group-specific sales and marketing plans.Traveling at regular intervals across the territory, as needed, to achieve sales goals.What We Need From You10+ years of Employee Benefits sales experience, preferably in voluntary/worksite, group life, or group disability insurance.Currently based in North Carolina with an active network of established brokers throughout North Carolina.Experience educating brokers about the need for unique products.
