You are:
A Business Analyst that advises, leads and works on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provides advisory work for the IT function itself.
The work:
The Technical Business Analyst has the ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing/design business processes. The Technical Business Analyst is expected to develop technical expertise in various aspects of the delivery lifecycle including:Helping identify and define detailed product requirements and use casesWork closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.Serve as a liaison to the business community and technical team while participating in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
Here's what you need:
Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of consultant experience OR 10+ years of consultant experience;8 years in 1 or more of the following training, SharePoint development, managing assets/inventory and data analysisExperience working in one of the following areas: requirements gathering and decomposition, business and/or system and process designMust understand client business needs, gathering user stories and requirements and the understanding of testing phasesMust demonstrate knowledge with the functionality of applications and current computer technologyActive Top Secret clearance requirement

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.
The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:$88,600—$178,600 USD
