The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and securing commercial solar project opportunities while playing a crucial role in managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. This role significantly contributes to the company's growth objectives and enhances its reputation.Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue by identifying and securing high-margin solar project opportunities.Implement a proven business development process for commercial projects, focusing on strategic industry segments and geographic markets.Independently generate leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits.Effectively communicate project plans and challenges.Collaborate with the design and engineering team to create comprehensive proposals.Present proposals to customers and assist in selecting the best solution.Prepare project bid documents, including internal review documentation, project budget, and customer pricing.Collaborate with the design and engineering team to ensure project designs meet requirements and obtain necessary permits and approvals.Provide on-site support for client interfacing as required.Candidate Requirements:

Strong background in sales, networking, and building relationships with business owners across various industries.Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and marketing roles, ideally in medium-scale commercial solar projects.Ability to create and present customer proposals effectively.Understanding of commercial solar PV system design and proposal development.Knowledge of solar incentives, regulations, financing, and energy cost structures.Proficiency in solar proposal software (e.g., Helioscope and Energy Tool Base) and Microsoft Excel.Benefits:
