The company aims to simplify the process of buying, selling, and renting properties by offering a user-friendly platform that connects consumers with relevant listings and resources.At this role, you will:Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with client's business goals and objectives.Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.Take ownership of revenue targets and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.Manage the sales pipeline and lead generation activities.Stay informed about industry trends and conduct market analysis.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales-related initiatives.Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.Stay abreast of developments in sales techniques and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth.Act as a brand ambassador for client at industry events and networking opportunities.Minimum Requirements:A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in technology or online marketplace industry.Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.The ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of online marketplaces and technology solutions in the real estate sector.Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics software.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
