United States of America (ONSITE ONLY - In-Office in Richmond, VA.)Relocation assistance will be provided.At this role, you will:Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the client's business goals and objectives.Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.Take ownership of revenue targets and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.Manage the sales pipeline and lead generation activities to achieve revenue targets.Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support.Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.Stay abreast of developments in sales techniques, best practices, and industry trends.Act as a brand ambassador for the client at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Minimum Requirements:A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in technology or online marketplace industry.Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team.The ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of online marketplaces, digital advertising, and technology solutions in the real estate sector is advantageous.Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret sales data.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
