You will directly report to the founding sales member and have an opportunity to take on key choices and also contribute to the company and culture at Dashworks.What you'll work on
Drive sales pipeline
Establish outreach processes
Co-develop the sales development strategy
What we're looking for
Relevant experience
You’re a hunter who knows how to identify and capitalize on an opportunity when you see it.
You’re curious; after closing down your computer for the day, you look for new ways to improve your craft through networking, books, podcasts, etc.
You’re scientifically minded and like to hypothesize, experiment, and review your results.
You’re growth-obsessed; you’re someone who continually looks for areas of improvement and always strives to be the best you can be.
Ability to understand and convey complex topics to both technical audiences (e.g., IT and CTOs) and non-technical audiences (e.g., People Ops).
You attract great people and have experience performing at high levels with healthy teams.
