This involves:Understanding the subject matter and professional target personas of each cohortRunning outbound email and LinkedIn campaignsRunning lifecycle campaigns via Hubspot to our alumni communityManaging paid channelsWorking with instructors to tap their communitiesOptimizing product-led growth initiativesAnalyze, report on and optimize all growth channels based on ROI. This involves:Tracking open and conversion ratesA/B testing templates and channels to capitalize on successMonitoring page clicksPivoting demand generation strategy based on successWork with our CEO on building out our enterprise sales functionMeeting and exceeding quarterly sales goalsWe’d love to hear from you if you have:Strong analytical focus, basing decisions in dataExcellent time management and organizational skillsA self-directed, creative and curious nature.
