The Credit Card Operations Manager will be a vital member of PingLend’s Operations team, working on efficient processes for onboarding, card issuing, customer support, fraud management, and more.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement credit card and operational processes for an effective product launch in 2023.Manage credit card operations, including customer onboarding, card printing, payments, call center operations, fraud management, and account maintenance.Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Maintain and document standard operating procedures and drive quality initiatives.Develop a strong operational controls framework to manage operational and financial risk.Oversee third-party vendors to ensure delivery of commitments and quality expectations.Support the development and launch of new products.Maintain financial and operational reporting for visibility of operations.Qualifications and Experience Requirement:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Project Management, or Product Management; MBA preferred.Five (5) plus years relevant experience, preferably in the credit cards/payments industry.Demonstrated success in driving innovation and change with a focus on the customer.Strong written and verbal communication skills and business acumen.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.About Pesto
