As a Recruiting Specialist on this team, you will be challenged to find and attract the right people in Manila. The roles you will get to hire for range from photo/video editors, sales agents, customer support agents, through to professional/senior roles like analysts, engineers, team leaders, and senior managers. Your impact on recruiting and onboarding new talents will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth.What you’ll do:Help Snappr expand to new markets by growing our Manila operations capacityPartner with your hiring managers to support their headcount growth goalsDevelop a deep understanding of the Philippine talent market and position Snappr as an employer of choiceDesign effective and creative sourcing strategies to attract the right talentsSet up and maintain recruitment funnels to meet growth targetsShift from processing volume candidates to complex, specialized rolesProvide a seamless hiring process to interested candidates while assessing their suitabilitySell Snappr's value proposition to candidatesTrack and analyze pipeline activity data to meet your hiring targetsTake ownership of Snappr's growthWhat you’ll need:Solid experience recruiting for hyper-growth companies within the tech or online marketplaceAdvanced knowledge of sourcing techniquesHighly analytical; able to use data to solve recruiting challengesBilingual proficiency in spoken and written EnglishA
