Build out new operational functions and optimize existing processesDrive cross functional work streams with Product, Sales / BD, Customer Success, and the leadership team that create immediate and long term impact for the businessProvide strategic support to Customer Success, GTM / Sales, and other stakeholders to drive improved data driven decision makingSupport strategic work streams such as assessing new opportunities and developing informed recommendations by synthesizing market diligence and researchSupport to discover, build, and negotiate strategic partnerships to accelerate Paladin’s growthMinimum qualifications
Undergraduate degree1+ years of experience as an operator in high growth startupsExperience in building structure out of ambiguityExperience implementing strategic and operational initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholdersBonus qualifications
