A national plaintiff law firm based in Florida is in search of a Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join their dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing a case load of 30-60 high-value personal injury cases, including car accidents and slip and falls, handling all aspects from pre-suit selection to trial, including client service, depositions, discovery, and trial preparation. The firm is looking for a seasoned attorney with a minimum of 10 first chair trials under their belt. $140,000 - $160,000 DOEResponsibilities
Manage high-profile cases with significant physical harm, such as death or severe disfigurementOversee pre-suit department, cherry-picking valuable casesHandle depositions, discovery, trial prep, and trial executionMaintain excellent client service and communicationCollaborate with legal assistants and paralegalsRequirements
Must have a minimum of 10 first chair trialsPersonal injury or civil trial experience – personal injury is preferredCan be plaintiff or defenseMust be barred in FLMust exhibit resilience and the ability to adapt to dynamic environmentsMust demonstrate self-assurance and possess the initiative to take ownership of workBenefits
