What You'll Do
Actively supports larger Business Consulting team projects through the delivery of specific deliverables and leads, with guidance, the design and execution of smaller team projectsDemonstrate the ability to operate independently with good judgementContribute actively in team meetings, sharing ideas and providing feedback on other's deliverables to help build a team environment focused on trust, learning and resultsDeliver on-time and accurate analyses providing meaningful insights to our senior leadersOwn primary responsibility for data modeling and analysis across multiple Business Consulting team projectsDevelop high-quality deliverables for presentation to senior leaders and project teamsEffectively manage potential roadblocks by proactively identifying, communicating, and solving issuesDemonstrate the ability to effectively prioritize, manage and complete multiple tasks in a given time periodContribute to the building of Business Consulting team knowledge capital, tools and templatesProactively seek and act on feedback regarding performance, deliverablesInteract professionally and timely with clients via email, phone, and in-personPerform functions of the role within an IMA office more than 50% of the timeSupport and demonstrate IMA's core valuesValue and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associatesYou Should Have
Bachelor's Degree required; degree in a business or quantitative field (e.g. finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.) strongly preferred1 to 3 years of similar or related experienceFoundational computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint requiredLimited travel required (less than 25%)This Job Description is not a complete statement of all duties and responsibilities comprising this position.
