Review design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the problem's scope, requirements, and function.Ensure that products meet the organization's and customers' quality and product integrity requirements.Identify root causes of problems in customer tickets; recommend and implement corrective measures.Analyze data to identify trends in product quality or defects to mitigate and prevent recurrence and future defects.Author and review test cases for the product specification; ensure adequate test coverage.Perform test execution across enterprise apps and supported browsers; ensure maximum test coverage.Write and execute tests to certify features and detect regressions.Requirements

A deeper understanding of testing methodologies.Experience with defect management tools like JIRA and Confluence.Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript and TypeScript.Support continuous integration process improvement and innovation.Any web-based automation tools/framework testing experience.3+ years of experience in software QA methodologies, tools and processes, and Agile/Scrum development process.About CloudEagle.ai
