Job Responsibilities:
Partner with client delivery lead and product owners to review requirements and user stories, determining a roadmap for delivery.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to validate solution feasibility and make recommendations.
Review and analyze program specifications to assess the effort required for changes.
Lead source code and data migration activities for identified projects.
Guide team members on tasks, track progress, and ensure adherence to testing procedures and validation steps.
Analyze COBOL, CICS, JCL, and IMS changes required for the project, making code changes and supporting the team to meet delivery timelines.
Skills and Experience Required:
10+ years of experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, IMS.
10+ years of experience in designing, programming, and architecture in a mainframe environment.
10+ years of experience with RMDS/EXPEDITER/File-Aid for IMS/DB2.
5+ years of experience managing Technical Staff.
3+ years of experience in AS400/iSeries.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in Mainframe Modernization and Migration projects.
Experience in MQ and Z/OS connect integration for API services.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to establish a roadmap for operational improvement.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and strong project management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work well in an enterprise-wide, large-scale matrix environment.
Healthcare domain background with sound knowledge of Medical Claims and Adjudication process.
Experienced in Agile methodology and leading a Scrum team.
Desired:
2+ years of Scrum Master experience.
3+ years of development experience in AS400/iSeries.
Experience in AWS services like Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB.
