As Method’s first brand & marketing leader, you’ll work closely with our senior leadership, go-to-market and people teams to develop and manage Method’s brand, go-to-market, and marketing efforts. As a founding member of our marketing team you will be in charge of brand management to increase awareness and drive engagement with buyers, investors, consumers and new hires. You’ll help create experiences that will generate demand, build our brand, delight our community, and engage our employees.What you'll do

Create awareness of the company’s business activities through media relations and content.Manage content calendar and hire/engage with external resources to produce content.Plan and execute corporate promotion campaigns, new product line launches, etc.Identify opportunities to create digital content such as webinars or speaking engagements.Own the events and sponsorships calendar: Research and identify strategic industry events and opportunities and help determine Method’s participation level (i.e. attend, speak at, and sponsor speaking sessions).Own strategic planning and execution of the annual events calendar, with the goal of growing the Method brand.Manage all aspects of event marketing programs, including content and program development, budget oversight and experience.Coordinate logistics for all event/field activities with senior leadership & go-to-market.Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or similar field.6+ years of proven experience successfully managing and producing brand event activations.Comfort managing ambiguity and experience quickly building processes from the ground up.Analytical skills and the ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy and analyze campaign effectiveness.Ability to prioritize and balance conflicting demands while leading multiple simultaneous projects.Flexibility to travel and work across different time zones as needed.Extra awesome
