As our Head of Finance, you will be an integral part of Method’s growth and success. You will own and develop the finance function at Method including financial planning, strategy, operations and analysis. You will work directly with our founders to identify and recommend revenue growth opportunities, operational improvements, investment and M&A opportunities. This role will be instrumental in scaling the business and maintaining the financial health of Method.What You’ll Do
Own Method’s financial model and forecasts to guide long-term financial objectives by advising on growth, hiring, spending, and strategic investments.Responsible for financial planning and reporting, including budget development and re-forecasts.Build dashboards to capture key performance metrics and observe business performance.Work cross-functionally with all company stakeholders, including executives, investors, and board members.Lead and manage our internal Accountant as well as external consultants and auditors.Advise executive team on keeping Method well-capitalized.Who You Are
8+ years Finance experience, including at least 4+ years in FinTech, startups, or a related field.Expertise in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling for startup tech companies during their growth stage, from series A to beyond.Strong leadership skills, with proven success in building best-in-class practices, systems, and cultures that contribute to strong organizational execution.Experience or interest in financial services, payments, banking, lending, or other FinTech.Extra Awesome
MBA and/or Business related degree.Experience in an API business.Led or participated in successful venture capital fundraising.Benefits
