Meet The Team
Joining the Product & Channel Marketing team, you will be leading the direct-to-consumer promotional efforts for our international product Dexcom ONE+. As we are expanding to new regions and continents, you will be working closely with the EMEAI-LATAM and APAC regional teams to ensure successful launches and support the growth of this product.
Where You Come In
You will provide support to develop global strategic roadmaps and yearly DTC strategy plans, working closely with the EMEAI-LATAM and APAC teams.You will brief and manage multi-channel campaign development, including TVC, with our partner agencies. Ensure campaigns are scalable and can be easily localized across geographies.You will support the development of digital and print educational items for patients, providing easily leverageable content for in-market teams. You will be working with partner agencies and our internal creative services team.You will leverage reporting on creative impact and campaign results, proactively present optimization strategies.You will partner with the regional teams to identify insights and needs. Come up with creative solutions to address them and support our growth in these regions.What Makes You Successful
You have extensive campaign development experience - direct-to-consumer. TV commercial is a must. Agency background is a plus.You have strong analytical skills to be able to identify insights and market dynamics.You are KPI and results driven. Can show projects where they made an impact in the past.You have strong presentation skills, written and oral.You are comfortable leading projects in coordination with 5 to 10 teams, in high pressure international settings.You have 3-5 years of Healthcare / Medical Device experience (preferred).You can speak a 2nd language and/or have 2-3 years of international experience (preferred).What You’ll Get

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of industry experience.5-8 years of previous people management experience.Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
