Under direct supervision of the Staff Services Manager I in the Human Resources Branch, the incumbent provides workforce planning data, tools, and services. This highly visible program partners with senior and executive level leaders to identify the organization’s workforce planning needs and aligns resources to support the needs. The Data Analyst is responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting studies which affect programs or system development. The incumbent is responsible for best practice research, performing driven research and statistical analysis, developing innovative strategies and tactics in support of strategic objectives, business plan initiatives, and the HCD Workforce and Succession Plan.

Limited Term may be up to 12 months, may be extended to 24 months or become permanent at a later date.

Describe your experience analyzing large amounts of data and developing dashboards and reports to inform Executive leadership about trends within the data.Describe your experience and skill in communication, both written and verbal, to effectively present critical and complex information.Describe your level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, SharePoint and Power BI.HCD Disclosure Requirements:
