Take a lead role in month and quarter close processes through completion of recurring tasks, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations.Prepare the more complex balance sheet account reconciliations and variance analytics to ensure financial statement accuracy within required reporting timeframes.Review and validate financial data interfaced from external data sources.Confirm intercompany balances and indirect spend are reported by appropriate reporting segments.Identify and implement improvements to current accounting and reporting processes.Perform Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to include quarter end analytics in reporting assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.Assist with internal and external audits for both Financial and SOX reporting.Actively develop positive and collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Maintain procedural documentation, train others on new processes, and monitor for ongoing effectiveness and accuracy of those processes.Other duties as assigned.We are excited to speak to someone with the following...
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance required.Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2 years in a senior accountant role preferred.Salary: $79,000 - $106,600
