The Global Service Support Organization (GSS) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The GSS organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for a Remote Services Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead a wide range of remote service-related business activities. They will drive the remote offerings portfolio from the early phases of the product design cycle all the way through to product retirement, ensuring our customers enjoy the maximum value, productivity and long service life of KLA's products. This individual will be the Subject Matter Authority in such new technologies as VR, AR, MR, Cloud Data Management, and conceptualize use cases for service. We find that PMM's fill a highly collaborative leadership role within the KLA Services Organization and KLA overall. This role involves regular interaction with product divisions, sales teams, product marketing groups, field service organizations, vendors, and customers throughout the world. And, you will get to be the global evangelist for remote service!Responsibilities
Establish and communicate comprehensive strategies for remote services. Implement the strategy to drive activity across numerous functional groups within Service division, regions, and product divisions.Establish world-wide penetration and adoption targets including internal usage targets. Drive plans to meet those targets.Establish and lead a roadmap of capabilities and offerings.Participate in design reviews, develop, and deliver requirements for remote capabilities per the roadmap to ensure the product meets program goals.Lead execution of product roll out plans, making course corrections where appropriate. Review progress regularly with KLA Services management teams and make compelling recommendations if course corrections are needed.Collect use cases and develop collateral that can be used with customers in support of service value.Develop an understanding of each product’s use-case within the fab such that the strategy is well aligned with the targeted tool use case.Define enhanced service offerings, including multi-tool fleet management and data analytics offerings, resulting in improved product value for KLA's customers. Consider innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, Augmented/Virtual reality as part of the offerings.Directly work with tool end-users to uncover unmet needs and promote value of service. Work with field teams and Tech support directly to ensure needs are being met in accordance with the product strategy.Research competitors and their service offerings and position KLA solutions to show maximum value while recognizing customers have multiple alternatives.Stay on top of evolving technology in the remote area and identify new technology solutions that should be incorporated into the roadmap.Work closely with vendors who may provide some of the products capabilities. And, drive industry standards in the areas of data, communication, and storage in remote service applications.Ensure KLA's internal systems accurately bring together all service products, including price lists, improved coverage, analytics, fleet management and other options.Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree or greater.MBA and/or business/marketing education a plus.Understanding of networking and data communications a plus.Established track record of business ownership in sales or marketing role.Experience with direct end-customer interaction.International business experience.Consistently effective across a matrix of departments while optimizing limited resources.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to conduct effective presentations under pressure.Analytical skills, including ability to draw business conclusions from various datasets.Well-organized with attention to detail.Hardworking, with ability & desire to work on a dynamic team.Minimum Qualifications
