We are seeking an experienced Leasing Sales Manager to oversee and manage the rental of rooms across different metros in the United States. As a Leasing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth for our room rental business. You will also be responsible for managing a team of leasing agents and providing them with the necessary support and guidance to achieve their goals.Responsibilities:Develop and implement leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth for our room rental business across different metros in the US.Manage a team of leasing consultants to ensure they are meeting their leasing targets and provide them with the necessary support and guidance to achieve their goals.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations to ensure that our rental rates and policies remain competitive and compliant.Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customer service team, maintenance team, and tenants, to ensure that their needs are being met.Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns to attract prospective tenants.Monitor and analyze leasing metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.Ensure that leasing consultants maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental applications, lease agreements, and tenant information.Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to room rental operations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing or sales, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.Strong knowledge of leasing practices, property management, and fair housing laws.Proven experience in developing and implementing leasing strategies that drive revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.If you have a passion for sales and a proven track record in developing and executing successful leasing strategies, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Leasing Sales Manager for Room Rentals across US Metros.
