Our platform currently has 750 units in 31 cities across six major metros. We’ve housed more than 1,000 people in HomeRooms and expect this number to reach 50,000 by 2024. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at a fast-growing leasing company that rents by the room. You will be expected to have a strong background in digital marketing, data analytics, and lead generation. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, as well as ensuring that our website and property listings are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and increase occupancy for our room rentals.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target audiences.Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.Ensure that our website and property listings are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.Continuously monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, property managers, and tenants.Identify and implement new marketing technologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide them with the necessary support and guidance to achieve their goals.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.4+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on lead generation and growth.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with website compliance and advertising guidelines.Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of leasing practices, property management, and fair housing laws.Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.If you have a passion for driving growth and ensuring compliance, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Marketing Manager.
