We are looking for a Director of Sales for our Managed Services division to join our dynamic team. Director of Sales - Managed Services and IT OutsourcingThe Director of Sales will be responsible for the successful growth in sales to Business to Business (B2B) commercial customers in the MSP marketplace. This individual will carry a sales quota for themselves as an Account Executive and be responsible for the organization meeting its sales objectives. The Director of Sales is responsible for the acquisition, growth and maintenance of a customer base in the MSP and IT outsource solutions industry. Experience with consultative sales in the MSP/IT outsourcing industry is

required

for this position. Business development takes place via C-Level meetings, presentations, networking events, telephone, online, and email. The Director of Sales will work closely with marketing to create and implement effective marketing strategies for the Managed Services division. An in-depth understanding of financial statements and reporting allowing for operational efficiencies and profitability will be required for this position. The ideal candidate will possess a developed and useful network of clientele and relationships in the Managed Services space.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cloud Computing, Security and/or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of successful experience selling Managed Services, IT Outsourcing and Consultative Service Solutions at the C-level5+ years of experience Managing and developing a Managed Services Sales and Operations organizationDemonstrate a consultative sales approach and the ability to connect solutions and new ideas for a successful client experienceProven success prospecting with the ability to demonstrate the value of solutions to TrinWare clients through qualifying, coaching, excellent product knowledge and operational technology solutionsEmerging management qualities with the ability to develop internal and external sales teamsExperience with a CRM, preferably HubSpot, to allow for sufficient development of a pipeline of prospects to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goalsStrong focus on customer satisfaction and retention with a high level of personal and professional ethics and integrityExcellent communication, decision making, and interpersonal skillsA proven track record of excellenceCandidates will have a history of building close client relationshipsProven negotiation skillsHistory of forward-thinking and proactive problem solvingKnowledge in networking, LAN, WAN, and IT infrastructure solutions and tool setsExpertise with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointSelf-motivated with a desire to grow and succeed with the organization

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, direct, develop, scale and lead a successful and profitable sales organization to meet or exceed sales quotas established by the organizationStrong prospecting to build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities for the organization and your own account baseGenerate sales leads through persuasive calls, company visits, networking, marketing efforts and industry eventsConsult with prospective clients to develop and implement tailored product solutions for their complex business needsIncrease revenues by executing effective selling strategies based on valid, customer-specific value propositionsUtilize the ConnectWise Suite of products to efficiently and effectively manage, maintain and grow your business portfolio and pipelineDraft, review and implement a Scope of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet company objectives and revenue goalsOther duties as assigned by the President

RelationshipsThe Director of Sales will report to the Director of Managed Services and work closely with the Operations Manager, Controller, Technical Staff and other departments to assure operational efficiencies and profitability.

HoursThe Director of Sales will work 40+ hours per week. Hours to be determined by the sales process and may fluctuate with operations.
