Who are you?

You are a detail-oriented individual that produces work of high quality and accuracy. As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will be developing point-of-care diagnostic products from feasibility through validation and transfer to manufacturing. You will also assist and execute experimental plans and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or work instructions for in vitro diagnostic assays under the supervision of senior scientists.

To be successful in this role , you will have 2+ years of lab experience and hands-on knowledge of molecular assays. Must be self-motivated and highly organized with strong record-keeping skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced research environment.

Salary and Benefits

The anticipated base salary for this position is $79,000-95,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and, if applicable, the location of the position.
