We are currently hiring a Brewery Ambassador in Boston, MA.Brewery Ambassadors conduct tours for public and VIP events and support the gift shop and customers.What You'll Brew:
Conducting brewery tours on a regular basis -- public, private, paid programming and VIP groupManaging sales, assisting customers, and restocking the gift shopGreeting guests to the Brewery Tour CenterAssisting with all tours (pouring beer, keeping tasting areas organized, answering questions)Maintaining all aspects of organization in the Brewery Tour Center (rooms, gift shop, storage area, etc)Assisting in the updating and creation of brewery history displaysInventory processing for the retail shopMaintaining and assisting in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the retail shop and Brewery Tour CenterAssisting in local marketing projects and eventsDriving sales for specialty programs and events at the greeting deskShipping, receiving, and other organizational tasksWhat Ingredients You'll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year experience in customer service industryExcellent, clear language and communication skillsAbility to work in an organized, communicative, and detail-oriented mannerAbility to interact well with others and conduct a fun, interactive, educational, and successful promotion involving alcoholApproximately 25 hours per week; Friday and Saturday work availabilityLevel: 10In accordance with pay transparency laws, the pay rate for this role if hired is $17 per hour.Some Perks:
