Primary Care North Float team
in the greater
Los Angeles area .

Primary Responsibilities:
Optum Clinic Locations: the northern area of Los Angeles (San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, and parts of Los Angeles)Schedule: Monday - FridayCovers PTO, LOA, vacancies, and CMEsMay also cover urgent careManage patient care in outpatient settingConsults, follow-up appointments, well-checks, schedule screeningsComfortable seeing primarily adults/senior baseAverage Daily Patient Census: 18-20 patients

Required Qualifications:
