This role emphasizes consultative selling to provide prospective and current customers with dynamic solutions that meet their business needs through utilizing our company’s broad portfolio of logistics services. You will manage a productive daily sales workflow through an effective blend of inside and outside selling that could require up to 50% travel. This role is key to strategically growing our customer and geographic footprint.Our Company's winning culture forms effective and trusting relationships with our customers, which is the foundation of how we implement mutually beneficial solutions. This role is key in identifying and meeting our strategic growth plan.Responsibilities:

Development of a sales territory through daily researching of organizations, markets, and industries to identify, penetrate, and close new business.Effective management of cold call, warm lead, and face-to-face sales activity to achieve sales objectives aligned with the organizational goals.Presents solutions designed to meet the needs of the customer in concert with the business goals of our company.Maintain engagement with existing customers to grow healthy business relationships through professional communication.Develop and present customer quotes, proposals, and business reviews.Provide market and industry insight to customers through continuous awareness of market and industry trends.Manage all sales activities and opportunities in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.Achieve individual volume, revenue, gross profit, and sales activity goals.Competencies:
