This exciting opportunity will expose the ideal candidate to all aspects of financial operations. From pricing management and analysis, recurring and ad hoc reporting, revenue and expense management, to assessing operational performance and making related recommendations to management, you will be working with experienced professionals throughout the organization, making valuable contributions on a daily basis.How Will You Make a Difference?

Master the fundamentals and intricacies of law firm pricing, and associated operations and analysisProblem-solve to address pricing-related inquiries from within and outside the firmProvide financial analysis of our legal practice groups and other aspects of the firm's operationsProduce standardized and ad hoc monthly and quarterly management reports and presentationsGrow your knowledge base and responsibility over time in all aspects of the firm’s financial managementWhat Will You Bring to the Table?

Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5Prior work experience in a role entailing problem solving, critical thinking, analysis (including financial), reporting and detail-oriented responsibilities is preferredAbility and drive to identify and analyze issues and to work towards solutionsAbility to learn fast and multi-task effectively while staying organized and maintaining work qualityAbility and desire to independently manage a task, function, or project from beginning to endAbility and drive to identify knowledge gaps and willingness to ask questionsAcute attention to details and work productIntermediate to advanced proficiency in MSExcel to include experience with pivot tables, vlookups, formulas; SQL and VBA knowledge and/or demonstrated ability to learn and use programming languages a plusThis role requires the ability to go into the office periodically for occasional team and Minneapolis office meetings.Why Fish?
