Immediate need for bilingual Spanish HR manager/HR director.Responsibilities:
Maintains knowledge of industry trends, promotes organizational culture, advises, trains and serves as key contact.Provides guidance and support to management.Partners with key leaders.Oversees talent management strategies.Liaison and point of contact for all applicants.Administers leave programs and policies.In charge of all unemployment claims/employment verifications.Oversees HR events and meetings.Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years HR experience.Industries preferred: Food distribution, warehouse and transportation/logistics.Great Pay to $120K.Benefits:
