Responsibilities:
Ensure and improve the quality, performance and productivity of our operations departments.Provide effective leadership to multiple department managers and subordinates.Manage the financial costs of operations.Monitor, support and ensure adherence to company policy and practice.Liaison with upper management on operational objectives, strategy and decisions.Ensure regulations are followed, compliance is timely and legal rules are followed.Manage fleet operations.Qualifications:
4-year college degree preferred.7+ years of experience in a similar role and industry preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude required.Excellent written, verbal and attitudinal communication required.Collaborative management style required.Strong Conflict Resolution Skills Required.Good computer skills; able to learn new software required.Valid driver license with good DMV record required.Able to provide evidence of sufficient auto insurance required.AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
