Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to analyze data using statistical & analytical techniques. The primary responsibility is to extract, analyze, and interpret data related to contracts, agreements, and procurement activities within the organization. Drives cross-functional alignment, ensuring partnerships are built and maintained with internal and external groups like procurement, legal, and finance. Manage maintenance contracts and the consultant/contractor end-to-end process of new vendor onboarding, master service agreements, SOW, consultant onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, budget, forecast, and accruals.
Responsibilities And Duties
Conduct data analysis to extract meaningful insights from various data sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the data.Monitor and manage the budget allocated for contractors, tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with financial constraints.Oversee contracts with external vendors or contractors, ensuring that all parties adhere to agreed-upon terms, and managing contract renewals or extensions.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define clear SOWs, detailing project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.Create visualizations and reports to communicate data-driven insights effectively to stakeholders.Implement data quality checks and validation processes to maintain data integrity and accuracy.Develop and track performance metrics related to contractor performance and project outcomes.Communicate regularly with contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and budgets.Maintain thorough documentation of contracts, project status, and data analysis procedures for audit and reporting purposes.Ensure that all activities related to contractors and contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:
This role requires a combination of data analysis skills, financial acumen, contract management expertise, and strong communication abilities to effectively manage contractors, budgets, and SOWs in data-driven projects.
BS or MS with 3-5 years of related experienceTools and Software: Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel, SAP BW, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.Experience with Contract Management software is a plus.ABOUT US

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $79,000-$138,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
