G10 Law APLC is a boutique AV-Rated real estate, land use, business and lending law firm seeking to hire a full-time Associate Attorney to assist with litigation and some transactional matters. Drafting of litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, written discovery and/or other court related documents;Legal research and analysis;Assist with handling court appearances and preparing for depositions;Provide communication, analysis and status updates both internally and to clients;Assist in drafting and negotiating transactional documents;Generally assist shareholders and attorneys as needed on legal matters.Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in California;Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an attorney, preferably handling real estate, land use, and general business matters;Professional demeanor, dress and speech essential;Strong work ethic with the ability to manage tasks independently and cooperatively, working with multiple attorneys and paralegals;Must have excellent writing, editing, analytical and communication skills;Knowledge and prior use of Lexis Nexis and/or Westlaw Edge a plus;Excellent working experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel);Exceptional critical thinking, organizational and follow-up skills with an attention to detail.Benefits:
