A law firm in Oakland is seeking an experienced Corporate/Business Transactional Attorney with a strong background in business and corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating various transactional documents, with knowledge of real estate transactions being advantageous.

Duties:

Manage business and corporate transactions, including limited liability company and partnership formation

Negotiate and draft buy-sell agreements, entity conversions, and asset purchase agreements

Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, and easement agreements

Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactional matters

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve their business objectives

Requirements:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

8+ years of experience in business and corporate transactions

Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating transactional documents

Proficiency in limited liability company and partnership formation

Knowledge of real estate transactions is beneficial

Strong understanding of business and corporate law principles

Education:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

Certifications:Relevant certifications related to corporate law or real estate law are advantageous

Skills:
