Our culture is one that encourages, supports, and feels like a family.The Senior Financial Analyst will bring financial planning & analysis expertise in providing financial insights, forecasts and projections to the CFO, senior leadership, the board and other team members. This position will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in strategic decision-making and planning. This role will provide monthly analysis and a clear understanding of company and office operating performance versus forecast, budget and prior year metrics.Key Responsibilities:

Provide FP&A information, insights, forecasts, models and recommendations to the CFO, executive team, the board, and other team members related to reporting, profitability, and metrics in a timely manner.Prepare consolidated forecasts and budgets.Create and monitor variance analyses that explain company, office, and project profitability.Evaluate and implement software tools that automate planning and analysis tasks that take the company to another level above just Excel.Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to generate useful models and provide additional insights.Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.Identify, research and monitor variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year sales, gross profit, operating expenses, and operating income, proactively identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.Identify, understand and present trends in financial performance; provide recommendations & solutions.Develop and improve models for evaluating project profitability that tie back to consolidated financials.Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.Create new ways of understanding the business and project performance.Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or related field of study, with 7-10 years of proven experience.General knowledge of accounting, financial and operational principles.Experience developing easy to understand financial reports and metrics.Positive and effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with team members across the organization.Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.Advanced Excel skills are a must, plus strong Word and PowerPoint skills.Ability to design and use software tools to replace Excel.Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication.Demonstrated ability to drive projects across the organization.Ability to communicate to financial and non-financial audiences and tailor communications accordingly.Committed to upholding the highest professional work standards, confidentiality and ethics.Positive, can-do attitude; diplomacy and approachability.Strong quantitative and analytical skills.Preferred Requirements:
