We’re pioneering mobile energy storage technology and delivering last-mile electrification for our customers and communities.The RoleAs one of the founding members of our FP&A team, you will support across all FP&A with a focus on business partnering with our COO. You will maintain the 18-month forecast, the long-range plan, and month-end reviews with relevant teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, etc). This is crucial for rolling out budgets and implementing best financial practices within a quickly growing organization.What you'll do:Support business leaders on budgeting/forecasting, performance management, financial reporting, headcount management, reviews of key financial metrics, strategic decision-making, business reviews, compensation, and ad hoc analysis of financial and operational metrics.Help in building out templates for monthly reporting including Budgets vs Actuals, KPI, and more.Partner with leaders across the business to understand and evaluate key business drivers for sales and product investments.Develop ad-hoc reports and analysis to support strategic planning as needed.Strong problem-solving ability combined with impeccable business judgment and the ability to communicate clearly and influence leadership teams.Organized, strategically focused, detail-oriented, and able to deal with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.Skills to be Successful:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.3+ years in a relevant field.Strong financial analysis skills.Communication skills, both written and verbal.Interpersonal skills for building cross-functional relationships.Organizational and stress management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.Shift and Compensation Details:Shift: 1stComp Range: $110k - $140kPay EquityMoxion is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work.
