We’re pioneering mobile energy storage technology, leveraging vertical integration and a software-enabled service model to deliver last-mile electrification for our customers and communities.The Role:As our first HR Generalist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the build of our foundational HR programs and frameworks to scale our business while cultivating our culture.What you’ll do:Support our business leaders and employees to successfully grow, manage, and retain people, with an emphasis in production/manufacturing.Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and best practices to increase employee engagement, productivity, and sense of belonging.Develop relationships with all levels of the organization, and provide daily support.Identify and manage potential risks, and ensure the business stays compliant.Support compensation and benefits package strategy and approach.Manage employee relations, investigations, performance management, and terminations.Lead and support workforce planning for departments and help determine staffing needs.Skills to be successful:Experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing/hourly environment.Knowledge of California employment laws, including hourly/non-exempt employees.Ability to handle employee relations and effectively resolve conflict.Exposure to a fast-paced and growing company.Ability to support various shifts onsite as needed.Shift and Compensation Details:Shift:
